Return Policy

At AllThingzzDad, we stand behind every product we sell. Our gear is built to celebrate the bond between fathers and their children—and we only put out products that are good enough for our own families.

Dad-Approved Guarantee

If it's not good enough for your family, it's not good enough for us.

We'll make it right if you receive:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong item or size sent

  • Print quality issues or manufacturing defects

How It Works:

  1. Contact us at sanderson@allthingzzdad.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and photos showing the issue

  3. We'll review and approve your claim

  4. We'll send a prepaid return label—we cover return shipping

  5. Once we receive the item, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method

All Sales Are Final

To keep our prices fair and our business sustainable, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Wrong size selected (please review size charts carefully before ordering)

  • Color or style preference

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

We're a small business using print-on-demand fulfillment. Each product is made specifically for you when you order, which means we can't resell returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item:

  1. Contact us about a return under the Dad-Approved Guarantee (if defective)

  2. Place a new order for the correct item

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:

  • Damaged: Contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item

  • Lost: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 15+ days after shipment

We'll work with our fulfillment partner (Printful) to resolve the issue and get you a replacement.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider

Return Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns or ban customers who:

  • Submit fraudulent claims

  • Abuse the return policy

  • Demonstrate a pattern of excessive returns

We're here to support dads who show up—not people looking for free stuff.
